Do I have to pay import duties if I'm based outside the European Union?
Yes, we send all of our goods "DDU" (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means that you will be responsible for any costs for importing the goods.
Therefore, import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping costs. We are not able to calculate the import costs for you. We can only add a commercial invoice to your shipment.
